Living From

The world values addition:
more money, more experiences, more possessions. This desire for more can create tension, foster competition and urgency which in turn inspires a belief that time is running out.

The stress of living this way often results in illness both physical and mental. And yet, no matter how hard we try, addition seldom works; regardless of how much we accumulate or experience we are still dissatisfied.

Try this practice:
instead of adding to in a vain attempt to find peace, live from. Live from an awareness that you already have everything you need. When we begin to live from this perspective that which truly satisfies us spontaneously appears. The universe confirms to our shift in awareness.

We begin to realize that addition is not the antidote, it does not give us freedom from lack, fear or insecurity. The inner knowledge that all is given, that what is is enough, provides us with freedom to live more fully and compassionately.

I am not adding to but living from.
I am not seeking freedom from but freedom to experience the inner motivated life.

Blessings,

Paul
